At 45, Mark has witnessed the evolution of two-way radio technology from the height of analog reliability to the cutting-edge digital standards of today. His expertise spans across GMRS, Amateur Radio, and LoRa-based mesh networking, making him a primary voice for technical deep-dives on WAVEGUIDE™.

Before joining the team, Mark spent two decades as a systems engineer, specializing in hardware interoperability and FCC compliance. He is known for his “under the hood” approach to reviews, often stripping down the latest transceivers to analyze receiver architecture and signal purity. When he isn’t documenting repeater builds or testing antenna gains, Mark is likely mentoring the next generation of radio enthusiasts or experimenting with solar-powered emergency comms.
